What it does
Machine systems now produce assertions that people file, submit and rely on. When one of those assertions is wrong, the record of that failure is scattered across court files, vendor disclosures and nothing at all. This company publishes records of that kind — with a stated method, an inspectable artifact, and a correction history — and builds the instruments that let other parties do the same.

A published register of court findings about machine-generated citations, matched to the issuing court file, with every correction recorded.
A verified fact corpus served by API. Every claim cross-checked against independent sources, cited, dated and signed.
An open protocol for signing factual claims so that a machine can verify them without trusting the signer. Open specification, reference implementations, no fee.
Open instruments
The contribution schema, the system registry and the claim canonicalization published with the register are open, versioned and unowned. No patent is claimed over any of them and any party may implement them. Where this company publishes a standard it intends to be used by parties who do not pay it.
