Machine systems now produce assertions that people file, submit and rely on. When one of those assertions is wrong, the record of that failure is scattered across court files, vendor disclosures and nothing at all.
This company publishes records of that kind — with a stated method, an inspectable artifact, and a correction history — and builds the instruments that let other parties do the same.

No patent is claimed over any of them and any party may implement them. Where this company publishes a standard it intends to be used by parties who do not pay it.
